The care allowance is provided to an able-bodied person who is registered or permanently resides in the same living space with a person with a disability of group I or II due to a mental disorder, who, according to the conclusion of the medical commission of a medical institution, needs constant third-party care, and who provides care for him or her.
In 2019, a new mechanism was introduced to provide rehabilitation services for children with disabilities based on the "money follows the person" principle, which will ensure targeting, transparency and improve the quality of rehabilitation services.

Many young and old people in wheelchairs and crutches were able to relax and learn, discover themselves and their talents, develop their creativity and show their knowledge, in short, this week gave a lot of positive impressions and our team of volunteers is happy that we were able to help everyone.
This week volunteers of the Gesture Of Support NGO worked in the city of Kaniv. The city of Kaniv is famous for the fact that Taras Shevchenko worked and was buried there, and also for the fact that kind and friendly people live here, as our volunteers have just seen. During the week, our NGO organized various activities for people with disabilities. The vacation that took place in Kaniv became a place where people with special needs gained strength and confidence, courage and determination, and we tried to help them.
